Logitech，2021/01 - Now

I am the CP&G ESW EVT test manager in Logitech. I courch the team to build the automation environments, include test framework and test adaptor boards. I also response all Logitech KBD & Mice NPI projects EVT tests. To define the test and develop processes for the worldwide ESW teams. 

Netgear(Arlo)，2017/11 - 2021/01

I was courch the Netgear Arlo TEC/CHN QA team for system integration test. Include manual test and build automation test with selenium & Appium. I have to recruit 10 QA engineers for TEC/CHN QA team, after half year, I already hired 3 engineers. I need to response for sustaining issue from suppoerteam in worldwide. The sustaining issue will report to me and assign to dev team by my decision. The 3rd my response is beta program, I have to lead my team for reproduce beta issue, response for super users and try to find out the root cause.

Hitrust，2016/12 月 - 2017/11(Head Hunter provide Arlo position)

HiTRUST is a fintech company for help the bank in Taiwan to build web & mobile applicaiton bank service. I work here as a project manager. To coach and monitor the members who join my project. Make sure the projects can be finish correctly and fast. Also, I have to discuss with customers. To know the request for customer. Help them for resolve the needed.

TUTK，2016/7 - 2016/12(Company downsizing)

TUTK is a IoT service solution company and I am QA manager in TUTK. I have to charge 9 QA engineers in TUTK QA lab. In this QA team we have 3 groups: APP, Web, SDK to test black box and white box test for company solutions. I have to plan year and seasons test plan and co-work with R&D, PM to define all test schedules and human resource. I also lead my members to create new system to management our test cases. To define new QA documents: plan, case, report and estimate reports. I also have to define and design our auto testing system for app, web & SDK test. To get better quality products for our customers.

GVD，2013/12 - 2016/7(Head hunter provide TUTK position)

I used to be QA manager in GVD to charge for 15 QA engineer. We need to test IPcam surveillance VMS & CMS software and NVR hardware. In GVD, we have 4 groups for QA team, CMS, VMS, Device packs and NVR. GVD is a pure software company and has no hardware R&D. I have to plan whole hardware test and renew software test for new products of GVD. In GVD, I leaded my team to help company for build many systems to make work easier and better. Like time off management system, Stock management system, Auto testing system and auto-deploy system. We used 2 years to plan and build all systems, and maintain them. Try to define many rules for make company members work faster, easier and more comfortable. What I believe is a good company will not use difficult paper work to bother staffs.

Because hardware PM left, I also have to do the HWPM jobs. I re- define manufacture process and GVD HW certification test for better quality NVR. If we have a stable and good NVR hardware, then we will have the best IPcam surveillance system, too. A QA lead should think about to improve company products quality to the best and focus on fix the products weak points.

HP，2011/4 - 2013/11(Looking for QA manager position)

Before join HP, I used to worked in a Etron corp for one year as senior QA engineer. My responsible for build USB 3.0 host test lab and help R&D to test USB-IF new certification. Because payment issue, I left Etron after we get USB-IF USB 3.0 certification and joined HP DTO lab. In the beginning in HP DTO lab I was senior QA engineer for SCIT team. To test whole function with HP desktop & AIO computer functions. Include DASH process, hardware, drivers, bundle software tests. We need to test a product since DVT to PVT and all manufacture process.

After one year in SCIT team, I had a chance to interview MIST team test lead. After pass the interview, I became one of the DTO lab MIST test lead. We total have 5 test lead in MIST team to response for 50 QA engineers. My test team is for test HP desktop & AIO computer I/O ports and camera & communication applications. I have 3 testers in my charge. My jobs are schedule test plan, write test cases, assign test jobs for HP testers and assign tester job to ODM QA engineers then report to HP module PM. just like SCIT, we have to test the systems since DVT to PVT. I have another title is lab manager backup while I worked in DTO MIST team. My responsible for this position is to manager lab budget. I need to check all the budget that lab used and report to the QA manager in US.

Etron  2009/10 - 2011/4

I was in charge of USB3.0 chip test, including test devices setup, creating test plan and test report format. And also support Driver team and RD engineers on product debugging and quality improvement. I set up WHQL test platform and eventually got Microsoft WHQL certification.

My team has won the USB-IF PIL test certificate which do support Etron USB 3.0 launching successfully

Nvidia 2006/2 - 2009/10

NVidia merged ULi in 2006. After an exam & interview, I joined NVidia HWQA team. My responsible still to test computer system chips, but more functions. I need to test I/O hosts, GPU(2D+3D), audio, SBIOS, CPU, Memory and SATA host......etc, full functions test for computer. After NV stop system chipset design, I start test NV GPU & Tegra chipset functional test.

ALi/ULi 2002 - 2006

I was QA engineer and improve to senior QA engineer in ALi to responsible for computer system chipsets test. My main function is test system chipset I/O, like USB 2.0, 1394 and audio, video functions. For test these I/O hosts, I need to studied these I/O spec and very known it. I can filed more than one thousand issues in a year while I worked in ALi ULi. I also need to test USB-IF certification test, include EE signal and functional parts. So I can operate oscilloscope, too.
