Changed the method of code review of the software team from meeting to use the pull request on Gitlab and saved about 60% of reviewing times.

Embedded the instructions of the automatic equipment in the application to show in real time and reduced about 10% of loading of FAE.

Designed a log analysis application for the automatic equipment and saved nearly 50% of log analysis times.
