您好！我叫林利群，現年26歲。


雖然是資訊相關科系畢業，由於本身對於美感與使用者體驗十分感興趣，因此當時對著室內設計抱有憧憬。畢業後自學了工程製圖法，進入了室內設計領域。待了一陣子後，發覺職涯發展與想像中有所出入，從而思考轉行，從一開始尋找的 UI / UX 設計得知到前端領域。


在重新思考未來規劃時，想到在求學過程中寫過程式也覺得很有趣，因此我了解到我喜歡做的是改進現有問題、避免做重複的事情與創造事物，並且也能透過設計複雜的邏輯資料流完成功能獲得成就感。我本人又喜歡視覺上的回饋，能整合視覺饗宴與程式邏輯的工作，就非前端工程師莫屬了。一踏入前端領域，果然就讓我一頭栽入，求知若渴。


在職涯中，我認為很現實的，各公司都會有些難處與無法達成理想狀態，而我也很常思考什麼是對的什麼是可以被改善的、該如何去改善較好。我處理事情認真負責，也較為圓融，對我來說把人事物放在對的地方，什麼樣的專案適合什麼樣的技術；或是在人的這一方面，找出各方都最方便最舒適的做事方向，我認為是最重要的。我也樂於分享並交流技術，互相成長進步，希望能夠藉由團隊正向的氣氛帶動產能。如果與 貴公司能有合作機會，我一定會拿出全部的誠意來共同解決問題。

在職涯中，我認為很現實的，各公司都會有些難處與無法達成理想狀態，而我也很常思考什麼是對的什麼是可以被改善的、該如何去改善較好。我處理事情認真負責，也較為圓融，對我來說把人事物放在對的地方，什麼樣的專案適合什麼樣的技術；或是在人的這一方面，找出各方都最方便最舒適的做事方向，我認為是最重要的。我也樂於分享並交流技術，互相成長進步，希望能夠藉由團隊正向的氣氛帶動產能。如果與 貴公司能有合作機會，我一定會拿出全部的誠意來共同解決問題。
