    • New employee orientation and education trainingopen up multiple recruitment channels and liaise with interviews, registration and other administrative matters; Had organized 3 educational training sessions with over 50 participants, mainly responsible for planning the itinerary, venues, transportation, funding and etc., and also give advice on the training content and methods. 
    • Plans and projects' staffing allocation and job assignment: provide staffing recommendations to supervisors according to their expertise and project contents, adjust workload as appropriate and monitor project progress. Had dealt with at least 10 projects human resource distribution during employment.
    • Performance review and evaluationevaluate the performance of employees and report to the supervisor regularly, and provide timely incentives or reminders according to conditions. My job title is secretary now, mainly responsible for administrative affairs, and also has relevant experience in human resource management, project management and purchasing. 


I'm good at learning and integrating, and have cross-disciplinary learning experience, so I can analyze problems from different perspectives and identify the causes and solutions in a more comprehensive way. During my employment, I learn about the work filed actively and try to apply my knowledge to my work. Currently, I'm responsible for scheduling supervisor's calendar, managing personnel work of the research team, controlling the staffing allocation and funding of nearly 10 projects, writing project reports and monitoring key performance indicators, as well as helping event organization, article layout and proofreading, and project contact.   • Research Plans
    • Applying research plans, writing progress reports, and monitoring key performance indicators: assist in the establishment of three research centers as a platform for communication between research teams and government departments. Responsible for matching team expertise with vendor needs, coordinating and presenting research results, relaying issues assigned by supervisors, and coaching teams to meet annual performance targets.
    • Managing funding distributions and reimbursements to meet the execution rate: in charge of nearly ten research projects with a total amount of $45 million. Being responsible for budgeting each project, negotiating with vendors for procurement, writing off related expenditures and allocating funds so that projects' execution rate can be achieved.
    • Organizing International Industry-Academia Co-operations and exchanges: had hosted 2 international conferences, 3 presentations and dozens of lectures, thus having experience in venue application, speakers invitation, travel arrangement and reception, event promotion, liaison and coordination between related units etc. In addition, assisted the research center in applying for joint research projects with Czech, German, and Canadian companies, and also contacted several universities and companies in Vietnam to organize seminars and plan the establishment of research centers collectively.

    • Personnel Data Maintenance:  manage the personnel affairs of the research team such as personal information, compensation, benefits, and labor insurance, including 12 full-time assistants and 35 part-time assistants.
    • New employee orientation and education trainingopen up multiple recruitment channels and liaise with interviews, registration and other administrative matters; Had organized 3 educational training sessions with over 50 participants, mainly responsible for planning the itinerary, venues, transportation, funding and etc., and also give advice on the training content and methods. 
    • Plans and projects' staffing allocation and job assignment: provide staffing recommendations to supervisors according to their expertise and project contents, adjust workload as appropriate and monitor project progress. Had dealt with at least 10 projects human resource distribution during employment.
    • Performance review and evaluationevaluate the performance of employees and report to the supervisor regularly, and provide timely incentives or reminders according to conditions. As a result, the turnover rate has been reduced year after year, and most of projects have been delivered on schedule and trusted by the vendors.

    • Manage supervisor's scheduleconfirm each details before the meeting, like time, place, transportation, expenses, attendees and etc., then help communicate and track the following.

My job title is secretary now, mainly responsible for administrative affairs, and also has relevant experience in human resource management, project management and purchasing. 


I'm good at learning and integrating, and have cross-disciplinary learning experience, so I can analyze problems from different perspectives and identify the causes and solutions in a more comprehensive way. During my employment, I learn about the work filed actively and try to apply my knowledge to my work. Currently, I'm responsible for scheduling supervisor's calendar, managing personnel work of the research team, controlling the staffing allocation and funding of nearly 10 projects, writing project reports and monitoring key performance indicators, as well as helping event organization, article layout and proofreading, and project contact. Had assisted the supervisor in establishing three research centers and a consortium foundation, organizing dozens of international seminars, lectures and presentations externally, as well as year-end parties, festivals, and employee travels internally, thus has extensive experience in planning and hosting events. Because only a few administrative staffs in our team, I have strong planning and execution ability.
