LINE TAXI is one of Taiwan's most prominent ride-hailing & transportation platforms. We are an affiliate of LINE.
• Responsible for building rider-hailing products, driving product innovation and roadmap. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operation, data, engineering, and UX/UI.

• Project leader of the on-demand airport pick-up. Responsible for the product launch and end-to-end service development. Led the operation and marketing department to execute the go-to-market plan.
• Pioneered the launch of Parallel Matching, a groundbreaking feature that simultaneously matches riders with traditional and multi-purpose taxis, boosting match rates by 5% and reducing wait times by 30%.
• Addressed passenger demands by revamping the ride type listing page and introducing four new ride options, including accessibility cars, XL vehicles, and more.

• Worked with the data team to build a surge pricing model and increased peak-time matching rates by 10%.

• Analyzed web & app user behavior. Familiar with MySQL, Google Analytics, Firebase, and BI dashboards.
• Integrated the CRM system with 3rd party, including LINE account, email, app notification, and SMS.
• Initiated new projects for user activation, renewed member gain member features to boost campaign revenue 3 times more than last year, and rebuilt the App & web user center to grow PV by 28%.
