國內外機械設備展會規劃

跨部門與工程師及國貿同事溝通協調展會上機台所需電氣大小及安排海運;在現場協調工人拆箱卸貨放置機台以及海報&立牌定位等攤位佈置事宜。

    加入嬰童精品級運輸用品Nuna團隊數月後,因人事組織變化,我的大部分職務與工作方向轉為多與廠端溝通協調、預測及管理庫存等等供應鏈管理面向。

    期間擔任在台唯一與廠端POS相關事務的窗口,直接聯繫德國籍全球品牌總監以及歐美分公司品牌經理協助POS展台的需求與訂購。

- 供應商管理:尋找合適廠商試生產及驗貨,處理損壞貨物的索賠、質量問題、補貨等  - 廠商議價、價格匯報、跑財務流程:須個別與德國主管、美國總經理、台灣財務部總監匯報取得同意後行動。(展台約800USD/PC;總金額約300,000USD)

- 製程時程管理:掌控中國廠商製造、驗貨、返工以及陸運到中國分公司倉庫的時程

- 庫存管理:監控庫存水平,減少庫存成本並確保數量上能及時出貨
