In hospitality sector, I have started my career from f and B service, then I move to learning and development which comes under Human Resource Department. I am having clear knowledge of operation as well as human resource too. I am having more than 8 years of experience in hospitality sector, out of reach maximum is in Human Resource Department.
February 2020 - Present
Here I am looking after the training and quality of three units all together. I am handling all kinds of behavioral, communication, soft skills training as well as the quality matrix of the Hotel. I am organizing various types of employee engagement activities, different types of tests and skills training of the shop floor employees for skill development. I handle the FSSAI department over here.
March 2019 - February 2020
I was accountable for training, audit and upkeep-ment of the quality of service. I used to be on the shop floor to understand the training needs and I used to monitor all guest feedback to create training needs analysis, to create training modules for the employees and to deliver the same.
August 2018 - February 2019
At ITC Hotel, I used to look after day to day training delivery, various types of audits, I used to prepare training needs analysis, I used to handle guest satisfaction matrix closely while working with ITC.
November 2017 - July 2018
Within a year, I got promoted as senior executive of Learning and Development. There I was responsible for the pre-opening of restaurants like farzi cafe Hyderabad and papaya restaurant Kolkata. I used to looking after all four outlets, training and development.
November 2016 - November 2017
I used to look after the complete Learning and Development segment of the two outlets,-was specialised in onboarding, induction, on job and off job training, module creation, training delivery, and was also responsible for various types of internal and external audits regarding service and upkeep-ment of both the out, Farzi Cafe, UB CITY, & Made In Punjab, UB CITY.
February 2014 - November 2016
I joined J.W.Marriott, Bengaluru as a F&B Service Associate, where I used to look after In Room Dining Operations and later on moved to, Executive Lounge of the Hotel.
