Adding Everet Zagreb to Orbico Beauty d.o.o. Transfer of all IT assets including servers, network hardware, laptops, computers and smartphones. Sales tracking for Beauty Advisors 


Created and implemented sales tracking for Beauty Advisors by using Route Master. Until now Beauty Advisors were tracking their sales by using whatsapp and mail to contact their team manager or BM for different brands. Also at the and of the month they would spend hours to get every sale into a massive Excel table and send it to team manager. Now they use a RM solution via smartphones that allows them to put in the system every item that they sold. After words they write down a questionnaire with some Basic information about the day. The data are transferred into Backoffice and the system automatically generates an daily and monthly report. The also have and report that allows them to track their sales month to date. There is no need for Excel table at the and of the month since it is all automated.


Retail Inventory Check by Smartphone 


Implemented a process that allowed the company to do the yearly Inventory check in retail shops (9 across Croatia) by smartphones. Until now, we used Microsoft Access with a database that needed to be filled after the store was closed the day before, and the check was made by carrying laptops with barcode scanners. After we transferred it to Excel table then finally import it into the retail software. Now everything is done by phone, no need to prepare tables, data is acquired live from the retail shop via service, scanning also through the smartphone and after words it is transferred to retail software. Managed to reduce people needed to do the check by 30%. Speeded up the process by 50% and reduced stress involved in the check. Also cut the need to carry laptops and use Excel tables.


Central Warehouse Croatia


Croatia Warehouse became the central warehouse for Croatia and Slovenia. Project management that involved coordinating people in two companies, EDI provider, GLS and IN TIME API management. In charge of processes for two ERP-s Navision and Pantheon and implementing solutions via EDI. Also, implementing the processes for WMS system in Croatia to accommodate the new role. Hardware management and software updates for the Croatian warehouse. Upgraded the processes in Warehouse that accommodated 40% rise in stock and 20 new people employed. New hardware installed also.  


FABUspot Webshop


In charge of creating business processes for Webshop. Creating workflow between CMS - NAV09 - WMS - WAND. Project took a whole year to complete. Needed to coordinate and consult with 4 outside teams and also 4 in company teams to be able to make a efficient business flow so that the Webshop could run correctly. 4000 SKU, two ERP that have no communication with each other, Digital team with specific needs and a year later the project was successfully launched.
