專案經歷 - Keypoint Detection

以 Pytorch 實現 PIPNet 演算法,並部署於公司 ADAS 平台

公司期望能實現一個既精準又輕量的 Keypoint Detection 模型,將其部署於 Edge 平台。

Keypoint Detection 經常使用 Heatmap 方式來精準預測關鍵點位置,但通常計算量大,不適合於 Edge 上部署。

當時搜尋多個關鍵點偵測相關模型,從論文閱讀到程式碼撰寫皆由我負責。


專案最終以 PIPNet 模型,作為主要的關鍵點位置預測模型。

我以 Pytorch 實現 PIPNet 演算法,以輕量級的方式實現 Heamap 類型 Keypoint Detection 的準確度,成功部署於 Edge 平台。

在保持近似公司舊版模型效率下,提升關鍵點預測準確度 20%。


後續與他人合作,將此關鍵點預測技術使用在車道線段位置預測、物件關鍵點偵測等公司專案上。

以 Pytorch 實現 GaNet 模型,預測車道線段位置並進行分群。

在保持近似公司舊版模型準確度下,提升車道線分群效率 15%。


此專案讓我從多篇論文中學習了關鍵點預測的處理方法,更充分的掌握了於影像上預測點位置的技術。 

過程很有挑戰性,個人也深深覺得收穫滿滿,期待能將我這樣的能力和經驗完整貢獻給貴公司。
