- Led the Taipei diving sport sales from negative to 22% turnover growth from 2018 to 2020(average was 17%) by targeting users and inspiring their interest via experience events, in-store testing zones, social media, etc.
- Executed 10+ events of different scales(in-store and national, internal and external partnerships) and Japan opening project, ensured the resources were well allocated, fulfilled the KPIs, and continuous improvement process.
- Implemented a new business model by convincing the supply, finance, and legal team of the potential of rental service and reached the break-even point in a half year with 100% user satisfaction.
- Attended the big China area annual meeting as the only intern on the 10 people Taiwan team. Collected the national feedback to deliver local needs to the regional team and held the conference in Taiwan to develop the local strategy based on the latest information.
- Launched projects such as a national staff experience database and sports map collection.
• Cooperated with senior management including maintaining external partnerships to increase user loyalty on social media, creating the highest monthly reading times twice, and accumulating over 10 thousand readerships on WeChat by completing 10+ projects of resource exchange.
• Collaborated with senior management on weekly competitive analysis, TV advertisements, and post-shooting. Clients included KFC and CMC.
