The main duty was developing potential customers who were seeking to improve their English skills, providing solutions to customers' learning problems, and customizing learning strategies for each individual.  The front line needed to make sure online classes went smoothly, so cooperating with English teachers and IT support was a daily routine. I had the opportunities to work on more English related issues. As time went by, I found out I would love to challenge myself to work in an English workplace.
