您好,我是慶洋

畢業於中原大學化學工程系,從大學踏入程序控制實驗室後開始研究許多數據分析方法,喜歡研究各式各樣的演算法,也喜歡電腦視覺相關的研究。


研究所的研究課題是關於Soft Sensors,軟測量建立數據模型的主題。研究所參與過兩個專案,分別是薄膜蒸餾系統設計以及氣泡飲料影像分析。薄膜蒸餾系統設計讓我對於自己設計控制系統產生興趣,會喜歡動手架構控制系統,包含設計簡單的Feedback control,PID控制器調參等等,該專案讓我理解整個控制系統的細節與操作。氣泡影像專案則讓我對於影像處理有更深一步的了解,包含影像的前後處理,邊緣化,模糊化等等,喜歡接觸關於影像處理的專案。


2016年為了拓展視野,老師建議我將論文投稿研討會,經研討會評選獲得PSE Asia研討會補助,前往日本參加報告,見識各國研究團隊的研究題目。2017年進入新鼎系統公司後,繼續與老師投稿ADCONIP研討會,代表中原大學與新鼎投稿研討會。畢業於中原化工研究所後,與老師協力將論文進行國際期刊投稿,兩篇文章分別投稿於Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems以及Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research,兩篇文章分別在2017年以及2018年成功被期刊接受。


2016年12月以研發替代役的身分進入新鼎系統服役,進入新鼎第一個接觸的專案是南亞塑膠管的重量管制專案,該專案的目標是將塑膠管的重量減低,但是塑膠管厚度需要維持原來的品質,該專案讓我體認到一個企業專案在實際工廠運作的困難度,包含現場人員的協調,機台的不穩定性,工廠環境惡劣等等。在該專案中我提出先將塑膠管厚度進行自動化量測的想法,使用OpenCV將塑膠管的影像進行影像的邊緣處理,找出邊緣後再計算管厚距離。


2017年10月開始借調中鼎工程開發雲端智能平台,該平台的目標是整合中鼎集團內各應用程式的平台系統,採用雲端架構進行開發,中間包含調查各種雲端產品,評估何種雲端方案適合中鼎,嘗試使用過Google Cloud Platform以及Microsoft Azure,最後採用 Microsoft Azure為我們主要的雲端方案。在團隊裡面,我主要負責是Artificial intelligence/Machine learning/Business intelligence工具的研究以及開發。因此實作過Microsoft PowerBI、Azure Time Series Insight、Azure Machine Learning等工具。2019年由於團隊產品功能逐漸成熟,但是欠缺功能測試,因此由我擔任測試工程師,開始規劃以及測試產品各項功能。由於對於Python語言較為熟悉,因此採用Pytest,進行程式自動化測試的撰寫,後續再搭配Selenium網頁UI自動化測試工具,測試Web UI


2020年6月離開中鼎集團,在9月進入到了台塑集團,進入到了台塑的電子部AI研發中心,會想轉換公司的原因在於想接觸更多不同的製程數據應用,台塑集團擁有不同的製程工廠,包含塑膠廠、煉油廠、電廠等,這些製程工廠的數據差異相當大,面對的數據分析需求也不盡相同,在這過程中可以學習到許多數據處理的技巧。


由於想精進自己對後端的技能,平時也會利用Python後端框架Flask架設一個Line Bot,透過撰寫一些爬蟲的功能,增強自己Web的技術,未來希望還能一直在AI/ML以及Python這些領域繼續學習。

畢業於中原大學化學工程系,從大學踏入程序控制實驗室後開始研究許多數據分析方法,喜歡研究各式各樣的演算法,也喜歡電腦視覺相關的研究。


研究所的研究課題是關於Soft Sensors,軟測量建立數據模型的主題。研究所參與過兩個專案,分別是薄膜蒸餾系統設計以及氣泡飲料影像分析。薄膜蒸餾系統設計讓我對於自己設計控制系統產生興趣,會喜歡動手架構控制系統,包含設計簡單的Feedback control,PID控制器調參等等,該專案讓我理解整個控制系統的細節與操作。氣泡影像專案則讓我對於影像處理有更深一步的了解,包含影像的前後處理,邊緣化,模糊化等等,喜歡接觸關於影像處理的專案。


2016年為了拓展視野,老師建議我將論文投稿研討會,經研討會評選獲得PSE Asia研討會補助,前往日本參加報告,見識各國研究團隊的研究題目。2017年進入新鼎系統公司後,繼續與老師投稿ADCONIP研討會,代表中原大學與新鼎投稿研討會。畢業於中原化工研究所後,與老師協力將論文進行國際期刊投稿,兩篇文章分別投稿於Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems以及Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research,兩篇文章分別在2017年以及2018年成功被期刊接受。


2016年12月以研發替代役的身分進入新鼎系統服役,進入新鼎第一個接觸的專案是南亞塑膠管的重量管制專案,該專案的目標是將塑膠管的重量減低,但是塑膠管厚度需要維持原來的品質,該專案讓我體認到一個企業專案在實際工廠運作的困難度,包含現場人員的協調,機台的不穩定性,工廠環境惡劣等等。在該專案中我提出先將塑膠管厚度進行自動化量測的想法,使用OpenCV將塑膠管的影像進行影像的邊緣處理,找出邊緣後再計算管厚距離。


2017年10月開始借調中鼎工程開發雲端智能平台,該平台的目標是整合中鼎集團內各應用程式的平台系統,採用雲端架構進行開發,中間包含調查各種雲端產品,評估何種雲端方案適合中鼎,嘗試使用過Google Cloud Platform以及Microsoft Azure,最後採用 Microsoft Azure為我們主要的雲端方案。在團隊裡面,我主要負責是Artificial intelligence/Machine learning/Business intelligence工具的研究以及開發。因此實作過Microsoft PowerBI、Azure Time Series Insight、Azure Machine Learning等工具。2019年由於團隊產品功能逐漸成熟,但是欠缺功能測試,因此由我擔任測試工程師,開始規劃以及測試產品各項功能。由於對於Python語言較為熟悉,因此採用Pytest,進行程式自動化測試的撰寫,後續再搭配Selenium網頁UI自動化測試工具,測試Web UI


2020年6月離開中鼎集團,在9月進入到了台塑集團,進入到了台塑的電子部AI研發中心,會想轉換公司的原因在於想接觸更多不同的製程數據應用,台塑集團擁有不同的製程工廠,包含塑膠廠、煉油廠、電廠等,這些製程工廠的數據差異相當大,面對的數據分析需求也不盡相同,在這過程中可以學習到許多數據處理的技巧。


由於想精進自己對後端的技能,平時也會利用Python後端框架Flask架設一個Line Bot,透過撰寫一些爬蟲的功能,增強自己Web的技術,未來希望還能一直在AI/ML以及Python這些領域繼續學習。
