自傳

            就讀於台科大期間，發掘自我對於結構與外觀設計方面極具興趣，因此於大學就讀期間選修了兩學期林清安教授的PRO/E課程。而在台科就讀期間，最困難最有意義的一門課是機械人專題製作。因要將一個機械人產品從無到有製作出，除了考驗自身的學習能力與專業知識之外還牽涉到了整個團隊的整合與協調能力，成員與成員間能否協調整合並分工合作，是一個產品與專案是否能順利或提前完成的重要關鍵。 

      畢業後服務於EATON電力電子部門產品研發部的機構工程師，後續在公司中由工程師晉升到了高級工程師，在EATON的工作期間了解到一個產品的完整開發流程，使我對產品的開發與公司的營運有更深入了解。使用的開發軟體為PRO/E 與AUTO CAD，而PRO/E中比較常用的功能為SHEET METAL、SOLID、曲面等。在任職期間主要負責的專案為EATON的自有品牌與HP、Dell、Lenovo等客戶，其產品類別為UPS 、PDU及些許的PV INVERTER產品。而現職在群光電能主要負責的項目為變頻器類產品之開發與設計，其使用的3D設計軟體為Solidwork。任職於泰金寶期間主要負責的為大型3D印表機之外觀件與主架構的設計，所使用的設計軟體為OSD (PTC Creo Elements/Direct)。任職於緯創期間主要負責的Zebra 手持裝置產品之維護工程,主要工作內容為產品客訴問題的原因分析與改善對策的提供、產品設計變更與複製模導入之測試計畫制定、產品工程測試之驗證與報告的產出、產品生產異常處理與良率提升。

      任職工程師時其工作內容為產品與產品之包裝設計、物料之料號申請、物料之承認與設計變更、廠商聯絡與溝通、模具的開模與檢討、產品之物料與材料的選用。負責設計的產品多是以鈑金件為主要材料，再搭配些許塑膠件與鋁擠件。 

      於高級工程師時的工作職掌為新產品機構設計與結構評估、產品之外型與其包裝設計、機構材料的測試與選用或新材料的導入、繪製機構設計圖面、產品關鍵尺寸的公差分析。模具的開模與檢討並協商模具的修改。負責機構模型製作、測試分析與改善。負責試產檢討及設計修正。協助解決量產製造及製程中的機構相關問題。負責各產品工程技術文件之製作。已量產的產品成本評估與降低及其他與職務會接觸到的行政工作，如:ECN、BOM表整理等....另還需引領新進與資淺的工程師進行跨部門的專案合作。 

      致⼒於機構設計領域已有10多年，這些年累績的工作經驗使我對於自身所負責的專案能有效的管理時程並達成專案目標，更讓我對於工作能永遠正向思考面對問題並快速的調整自身情緒，進而繼續投入工作中。對於產品的外觀與結構設計⽅⾯仍具有⾼度的興趣與熱誠，未來期許的⼯作性質並不侷限於以往所接觸產品的類型與種類。希望能多⽅涉獵結構與外觀設計及熱流與散熱⽅⾯的相關領域，以提升⾃⼰產品設計的深度與廣度。

Responsibilities:

●Designed products with cross functional design teams that include Electrical, Mechanical and Product Designers.

    Responsibilities included concept development plastic part and sheet metal design with 3D solid models in 3D  

    software, presentation preparation and product strategy.

●Responsible for maintenance quality issue and engineering change, cost-down activity for mechanical part of ODM and      own-brand products. 

●Create and release 3D model and 2D drawings. 

●Maintain mechanical BOM and design data in database. 

●Reach the customer requirement with minimal cost. 

●Designing and working with suppliers to create parts and assemblies using manufacturing process (NCT, welding,       

    injection molding, stamping)and meeting cost requirements. 

●Evaluate products and parts for cost efficiency and reliability. 

●Provide component drawing to vendor for open tooling, and communicate with vendor to solve all issue about the 

    tooling. 

●Communicate and resolve technical problem, ensure no assembly/function issue will impact production schedule. ●Design the packing of product, contact test Lab to validation the product package. Let the package design reach the  

    customer standard. 

●Root cause analysis and product improvement. 

●Pre-study and evaluation the product material cost of mechanical part. 

●Responsible for other duties as assigned. 

●Tolerances analysis with critical dimension of the product. 

●Provide component drawing to vendor for open tooling, and communicate with vendor to solve all issue about the 

    tooling.
