• Worked on multiple large customer deals of size $100Mn+ ranging from DAAS to Auto Engineering - closed a large DAAS deal worth $100Mn over 5 years with an Aerospace Tech giant by participating in a reverse auction.
• Working capital management for the unit - improved DSO by 7 days in 3 months by liquidating old dues from the customers
• Developed KPIs to  assess positive and negative trends to support business decisions - farming and hunting revenue mix by count of sales team, contribution by new hires, etc.

• Identified dual cost during WFX situation – implemented controls at request initiation stage and monitoring post allocation to avoid both dongle facility and corporate re-imbursement to employees – saved INR 10 lacs per month

• Partnered with the business team to enable variable pricing models for Cloud and Mainframe offerings and enabled expedited submission of proposals to clients. Clocked 10+ deals of size $15Mn+ in a span of 10 months and at an operating margin of 20%.
  

• Identified and eliminated redundant costs from P&L and reached out to existing customers to ramp up Mainframe consumption – proposed consolidation of Mainframe capacity for different subsidiaries of Wipro in the US and hence drive IBM, CA, BMC and other software costs down. Helped consolidate 5000 MIPS capacity at Wipro level under one roof, leading to a 2% improvement in profitability for the DC business.

• Making the business profitable by adding a sustainable top-line at controlled cost, transformed the P&L from -9% OM in Q3'15 to +8% OM by Q2'16. Carried out due diligence with 5+ buyers, facilitated the closure of a Special Purpose Audit for carved out Financials and concluded at a run-rate EBIDTA of $50.5Mn p.a. Ensured realization of $44Mn profit over book value
  

• Implemented revenue recognition tool for covering all types of contracts in Wipro and helped eliminate manual push to ERP - a new tool was launched to cover automated revenue computation and eliminate manual inputs
• Worked closely with the CFO's Office on unit performance on various financial parameters such as Billing, Collection, Revenue, Margins and DSO
