  3. Designed curriculum content and schedule to enable 36 students to pass the Mold Design Technician Level C exam (83% pass rate despite pandemic impacts).
  4. Designed curriculum content and schedule to equip 11 students with the prerequisite knowledge for CNC Technician Level B exam, and collaborated with project personnel to execute the training program (90% pass rate).
  5. Designed curriculum content and schedule to equip 5 students with the prerequisite knowledge for Mold Design Technician Level B exam, and collaborated with project personnel to execute the training program (80% pass rate).

  3. Designed curriculum content and schedule to enable 36 students to pass the Mold Design Technician Level C exam (83% pass rate despite pandemic impacts).
  4. Designed curriculum content and schedule to equip 11 students with the prerequisite knowledge for CNC Technician Level B exam, and collaborated with project personnel to execute the training program (90% pass rate).
  5. Designed curriculum content and schedule to equip 5 students with the prerequisite knowledge for Mold Design Technician Level B exam, and collaborated with project personnel to execute the training program (80% pass rate).
  6. Organized after-school learning activities based on learning stages and grade-level goals, including the 8th period, evening self-study, winter/summer camps, and intensive review sessions before exams.
  7. Organized high school research projects and science exhibitions, including topic planning, scheduling, task allocation, and learning-oriented organization.
  8. Trained vocational high school mold design contestants, designed training schedules and content, and provided self-training and checklists (students won 14th place in the national competition in 2019, and 6th and 7th places in 2022).

  1. Revised the school's curriculum structure to align with certification-oriented goals, covering various professions at level C, including Mold Design Technician, Machinist, and Bookkeeper, with over 80 certifications earned by students, including 3 at level B.

  2. Developed and executed an employment-oriented program, guiding approximately 23 students to connect with the industry, adjusting the curriculum outline, and setting reward criteria.
  3. Coordinated the semester schedules of 86-113 teachers and matched them with student learning needs.
  4. Adjusted the standards for regular exams and guided students to study as much as possible within evening hours. (resulting in 3 students being admitted to national universities in 2018 and 2 students in 2019).
  5. Conducted strict attendance checks, resulting in the first period attendance rate increasing from 40% to 90%.
