您好,我是張士洵。 以下為我在工作上所學以及發現的自我特質。 1. 優異的中英日溝通及傳譯能力: 我的父親是職業外交官,長年在日本工作,也曾經擔任李前總統登輝先生的傳譯。我從小學二年級到初中二年級都在日本渡過,日語就像我的第二母語,加以台灣大學日文系畢業後,覺得日語能力更臻洗練。但是出社會之後卻發現談商時所需日文與一般口語日文頗有差異。 大學畢業後,進入日商帝人化成公司服務,五年間接觸了許多日本客戶,再提升自我日語溝通及傳譯能力。 現在無論是洽商或是為上司傳譯均感應對自如。 另外,因為高中時期在美國華府完成學業,因此公司指派我接洽使用英語的客戶時,也能透過線上開會等方式,溝通順暢並完成服務客戶。 以往在工作上有非常多的機會擔任中日、中英以及日英的傳譯,所以只要工作上有需求,均能順利完成任務。 2. 快速的適應,學習能力 我在大學所學雖非化學相關科系,但是在上述工作的過程中,我會先充分瞭解產品特徵等重點,並且在與客戶溝通時,記下每家不同公司對產品的需求以及共通點,然後在之後的持續接洽過程中,充實其他相關資訊,使其快速成為有利於商談的有效工具。 3. 堅持到底的業務風格 工作期間也曾接觸過和我的公司關係不融洽的公司,而終端客戶仍需要我的公司與該公司合作,我便被指派為負責此案的業務員。 起初客戶間刻意不碰面也不願意用郵件往來,那時我就以耐心多次安排終端客戶與此客戶的會議,製造多次見面機會。 同時三不五時到客戶公司邀約對方出來喝咖啡聊天,伺機談公事,堅持到底,終於完成與該客戶恢復交易往來。 不管是新業種還是同業種,都可能還有許多需要學習以及有待進步之空間,我勇於面對挑戰也相信我的能力及努力終將獲致豐碩成果。 還請貴公司多多指教。 

This is my honor to have this opportunity to meet you . my name is Chang Shih Hsun. And my English nickname is James. I here would like to introduce my characteristics with three different fields as below. 1. Good at Chinese, Japanese and English communication and interpretation. My father is a professional diplomat long-time serving in Japan. So l lived in Japan since the second grade elementary school till the second grade junior high school. Japanese is sort of my second mother tongue. Over the past 5 years of working in Japanese company, Teijinkasei, I have communicated, negotiated with a lot of Japanese customers. I am very confident with my Japanese skill, but little did I know how different it is between business Japanese and normal Japanese. Now that through working with Japanese, I have accumulated my careers to improve on my business Japanese skill.  as for my English, I graduated from Walter Johnson high school in Washington DC, US. Even though there were not so many chances to work with English speaker in Taiwan, but my Japanese company superior assigned quite many English related works to me, and I completed them all. I would say my English is fairly useful as well.  I have been in charge of written and oral translation of Japanese, Chinese and English over the past 5 years, I am confident to complete every related task given. 2. Highly adeptive and adaptive. As a Japanese Major graduate working in Chemistry related industry, no one thought I could get used to this job in short period of time. Then I start to sort out products’ important information, memorize what different customers ’ similar concerns. After that, I checked other product information time to time. This way, I was able to work independently faster than expected. I have also adapted to working abroad very soon. I could complete any task given for business trip. 3. Persevering Sales technique. There was once I got assigned to a customer who did not appreciate our company. We had to work together due to End customer’s request, but that customer was not cooperative at first. I had to set up meetings with End customer in other to create a face to face chance with him. Then I spent a lot of time visiting his company whether he wants to meet or not and treated him with coffee. After a while I was finally able to move the business forward and complete the case.   I believe there are still infinite things to learn as a salesman. I am ready to face those challenges and also confident that I can be capable of any task given.  Thank you very much for reading and for the opportunity. 


        初めまして、張士洵と申します。 私の父は長年日本に駐在しておりました外交官ですので、自分の幼少期は日本とアメリカに在住した経験があります。そこで培った言語能力を生かし、過去5年にわたり台湾帝人化成で営業を担当しておりました。 しかし、社会に出てみれば、言語能力だけでは不十分だと気づかされました。 営業として習得したこと、気づいたことを、下記の自己評価に記します。 1.日、中、英コミュニケーション能力。 会社に勤めた五年間で、多くの日本人顧客と向き合い、話し合い、商談をしてきました。最初の頃と比べると、とてもスムーズに商談し、成果もちゃんと出せるように成長しました。 欧米系の顧客は比較的少なかったのですが、上司は英語を使う顧客はほぼ私に担当を命じてくれましたおかげで、経験を積むことが出来ました。日本語のように対応出来たかは分かりませんが、案件を完成させることはできました。 仕事上日中、日英、中英の翻訳、通訳を会議の場で任されていたので、言語能力には自信があります。 2. 迅速な学習能力と適応力 卒業学科が仕事と関係なかったため、当時は即戦力になりえないと思われていました。ですが製品の重点を先に熟知し、違う会社の顧客が共通に問い合わせる点を整理し、残りの知識は仕事をしながら覚えていきました。その甲斐もあり、思われていた以上の速度で会社の戦力になりました。 中国への出張もすぐに適応し、一人で赴いて速やかに課せられた任務を完了させることが出来ました。 3. めげない、諦めない営業スタイル 在職中に弊社と関係が敬遠だった顧客を任されたことがあります。エンド顧客の要望により、協力して案件を完成させる必要がありました。ですがその顧客はいろいろな理由をつけ頑なに協力を避けてきました。 そこで私は三者会議などを設け顔を合わせる機会を作り、直接顧客の会社まで赴き、コーヒーなどを一緒に飲みつつ仕事の話をするチャンスを作りました。 約半年の努力を経て、関係を修復し、案件も無事完成させることが出来ました。 まだまだ営業として学ぶことはたくさんあると思いますが、どの業界にいても言語能力を駆使し、たゆまず学習し、仕事に励む所存です。 何卒宜しくお願い致します。
