I have researched 2+ years for Ethernet during my student time of master. Failure recovery is a critical performance issue in large-scale Ethernet networks. In my research, I can improve both reliability and performance of Ethernet. After graduation, I joined NUUO in December 2014, and works in software engineer. Besides writing code and create a new product is my favorite to do, I love to accept any challenges and sharing any knowledge.
Recently, I learn the image or video processing by myself, this is a new field for me. The technique is very useful, which can solve many problems for life, such as the medical, face detection and satellite.
NUUO devotes in surveillance market, providing a solution for camera streaming, video replay, event detection, and integrate third party library, including face recognition, intelligence video analysis, and point of sale(POS).
My job is responsible for maintaining the system, and find the appropriate technology to solve complex software problems.
1. Using Unified Modeling Language(UML) to design our system architecture is based on windows system.
2. Provide software development kit(SDK) for third-party to integrate our VMS.
3. Help System Integration(SI) to troubleshoot end users problems of technique and software. For example, we need to fix a video lost, camera signal lost, application crash, and any caused by the abnormal behavior of possible.
4. Integrate cameras of variety manufacturers to connect our software by using Common Gateway Interface(CGI) and Open Network Video Interface Forum(ONVIF), respectively.
5. In December 2014, our team try to adopt agile software development. Nowadays, I have more than 2 years of experience.
