　　我是陳聖婷，來自台北一個開店經商的家庭，成長經歷中，我學到如何發現與分析問題，並且解決或改善問題。 


  • 企圖心 、解決問題
　　辰星媒體任職創意企劃期間，我最有成就感的事蹟：公司迎來遊戲產品主打歐美市場的新客戶，其目標客群與公司過往的客戶極為不同，雖然這回沒有公司的歷史資料可以參考，但我仍舊沒有放棄發想新客戶的腳本——我辦了美國地區的Apple帳號和使用VPN，跨區域去瀏覽和分析App Store和Youtube上同類型的遊戲廣告，來幫助我完成廣告腳本，最後客戶非常喜愛我的腳本，還額外委託製作3支短影片，其中1支更被客戶選用為該遊戲上架Google Play和App Store的遊戲宣傳影片。


  • 跨部門溝通、提升效率 
　　於五號影像參與動畫製作時期，剛兼任動態圖像製作後不久，就發現「大量重複的圖像都要一個一個手動合成，非常耗時」的問題，我先將問題分析並整理後報告給部長，最後我被授權與PM一起和模型部人員開解決會議，透過清楚的說明和提出需要的協助，最後得到適當的幫助，將大象重複圖像的合成作業時間，縮短了1～2個工作天。


  • 轉職動機、程式技能學習 

　　過往的工作經驗中，我觀察到使用程式命令執行專業軟體或資訊人員協助客製軟體工具，能大幅提升多媒體專案製作速度，加上多媒體的應用越來越多元，這使我重新開始思索未來方向：增強資訊能力，並結合多媒體專長，更能克服多變的數位轉型浪潮——求學時期，曾學習過程式語言與資料結構等課程，因此決定參加《Java全方位程式設計班》，來重拾我的資訊能力。

 　　職訓Java班密集訓練中，我學到Java物件導向、MVC與JDBC等知識，能使用Eclipse與JFrame開發單機版的會員管理、點餐系統和小遊戲；再來有Java Web課程：用Maven建置與管理專案，使用Apache Tomacat Serve和MySQL，也用Eclipse和VsCode編寫JavaScript、Html/CSS、JSP/Servlet、JQuery、 AJAX……語法，和JPA、Hibernate、Spring boot等多種框架，接著課程最後階段是分組專案，約1個月的製作時間，讓我將課程內容再次複習、整合，並且實際應用，與團隊一起完成一個購物型網站。

  • 轉職動機、程式技能學習 

　　過往的工作經驗中，我觀察到使用程式命令執行專業軟體或資訊人員協助客製軟體工具，能大幅提升多媒體專案製作速度，加上多媒體的應用越來越多元，這使我重新開始思索未來方向：增強資訊能力，並結合多媒體專長，更能克服多變的數位轉型浪潮——求學時期，曾學習過程式語言與資料結構等課程，因此決定參加《Java全方位程式設計班》，來重拾我的資訊能力。

 　　職訓Java班密集訓練中，我學到Java物件導向、MVC與JDBC等知識，能使用Eclipse與JFrame開發單機版的會員管理、點餐系統和小遊戲；再來有Java Web課程：用Maven建置與管理專案，使用Apache Tomacat Serve和MySQL，也用Eclipse和VsCode編寫JavaScript、Html/CSS、JSP/Servlet、JQuery、 AJAX……語法，和JPA、Hibernate、Spring boot等多種框架，接著課程最後階段是分組專案，約1個月的製作時間，讓我將課程內容再次複習、整合，並且實際應用，與團隊一起完成一個購物型網站。
