Biography

     My name is Wen Hsuan Zhan. I received a bachelor's degree with a major in Transportation and Logistics Management from National Chiao Tung University in Xinchu, Taiwan. Besides my major, I have also taken many courses related to Business Management such as Marketing, Management and Statistics, which have prepared me with the abilities of the marketing plan, leadership and data analysis. 

     In college years, I have been very passionate about business management and realized that I need to enhance my abilities in the business area. Therefore, I have obtained Digital Marketing skills by self-learning and won Google Adwords certificate. Besides, I have acquired some Leadership Qualities through reading related magazines: Manager and Business Weekly. Furthermore, I have learned STATA and SAS to improve the skills of data analysis. The related knowledge could benefit my future careers greatly. 

     I am qualified for this position according to my personality traits. First, I am creative and innovative. I have taken a course of Design, and designed the device that can help disabled people to sweep the floor normally, and got a good final grade. Second, I am responsible and organized. I was a deputy convener of Transport Technology’s Camp. Because of this position, I have cultivated my leadership skills, organized group activities and teamwork ability. Third, I am motivated and ambitious. I have participated in the Big Data Scientist Competition and taken different challenges to strengthen my interdisciplinary learning skills. 

     Although I am a novice in this field, I am not afraid of not being good enough because I am keeping improving. Along with these experiences and personality traits, I am confident that I am well qualify for this position. Finally, I am ready to take more responsibilities and face possible challenges. I firmly believe that I will contribute the organization wholeheartedly.
