• Completed more than 450 cases about process issues, raw material properties characteristics、electrical problems of device、special project design and DoE experiment…etc.
•Familiar with Advanced Packaging (2.5D/3D)
• Find out the root cause and solve 10 complex cases in different projects.
－Suggest my client to use TEM and EBSD to analyize the defect and check the result with paper, find out the root cause of the problem.
－By special FIB method, we make a specific thickness of the layer with roughness<2 nm.Successfully achieve my client's target.
－By 2D+3D X-ray, we find out one small defect leakage at a tiny rigion in a device. I get my client's appreciation.
