From analysing software problems, providing remote desktop support, on site network support, pinpointing key network problems, deployment of standard workstation computer and connecting them to Windows Server domains. I possess a key understanding of what every client needs and how to fulfill each and every individual case.
  • Client relations and Communication:  A clear communicator and a customer support expert. Courtesy is always a priority when chatting to clients about their needs.   • Web security: With experience in Wordpress, HTML5, CSS and Javascript, diagnosing security vulnerabilities on websites is straightforward and simple. Content creation and management of wordpress websites is a cinch.

  • Coordinated, produced scheduled content, fashionable and periodic updates to company website.
  • Conceptualized creative designs for marketing packages, including print materials, brochures, banners and signs.
  • Facilitated knowledge of Wordpress, CSS, HTML and Javascript to build and maintain companies changing website climate.

Key Projects: Collaborated with the team of designers to create and automate a new website ordering system powered by wordpress, where users could upload their graphics, media and photo books for the team to send to DTP.

  • Configured hardware, devices and software to set up work stations for employees.
  • Initiated an overhaul of the security procedures for all clients diminishing the chance of data breaches. Lowering internal cybersecurity threats.
  • Reduced the amount of hours system administrator were fixing problems by an average of 4~8 hours a week.
Key Projects: Refined the deployment and maintenance for system administrators by deploying the automation tools available to us with NOC platform decreasing the deployment times for new systems and reducing the active maintenance by system administrators.
