Sha-Ki Johnson

Experienced Business Executive 

For two decades, Sha-Ki Johnson has worked with several firms, often holding executive leadership positions. A former director of program management at Retail and Trade Faucet and Bathing Consumer Goods, he spent two years overseeing 12 employees in the product development team. Leading the department, which was spread across the United States and China, Sha-Ki Johnson also provided coaching and mentorship. While in the role, he identified and capitalized on $300,000 of cost-saving initiatives.

Following this position, Mr. Johnson became the director of product continuous improvement at Delta Faucet. Having joined the company in January 2020, he helps execute business growth and process improvement projects. Mr. Johnson is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for a sustainable culture of improvement.

Alongside a bachelor’s degree and three master’s degrees, Sha-Ki Johnson has multiple professional certificates, including Lean Six Sigma Certification and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. A Fight For Life Foundation supporter, he also supports United Way and Habitat for Humanity.
