Shane T. Frank is an entrepreneur located in Houston, TX. He is a former corporate lawyer with many years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies. He is currently the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder of AlliantGroup. AlliantGroup was founded in 2002 when Shane and several colleagues realized that a majority of small and medium-sized businesses were missing out on a crucial tax credit, the R&D credit. Shane T Frank and his colleagues set out to provide a solution to this relatively unknown issue and created the company to help entrepreneurs and business owners alike. Today the company has enjoyed over 16 years of success and employs over 600 people in a variety of backgrounds such as engineering, agriculture and software development. Their representatives have helped over 12,000 businesses claim more than $6 billion in tax incentives to which they were full entitled. When Shane T. Frank isn’t striving to help businesses of all sizes receive the money they are owed he is working towards enhancing the foundation his family started many years ago, The Frank Family Foundation. This foundation strives to help local aspiring entrepreneurs reach their goals during college and after graduation. Shane also donates funds from this organization to his alma mater to fund the Leonard Eichner Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Engineering, a scholarship he created in honor of his grandfather. AlliantGroup began as a discussion among friends and colleagues. They realized most small and medium sized businesses were unaware they were entitled to large tax incentives under the R&D tax credit. In 2002, Shane and these young professionals came together to found AlliantGroup as a solution to this issue. After 16 years of success the company is still enjoying success. AlliantGroup employs over 600 people in fields as diverse as agriculture and engineering and has helped over 12,000 businesses claim more than $6 billion in tax incentives of which they were entitled.
