I work here as a Specialist Recruiter where I hire top-quartile performers in the SaaS, E-Commerce and Fin-Tech Space. On a daily basis, my day is categorized into various roles and responsibilities. Some of them include:

1. Handling mid to senior level positions across verticals.
2. Managing end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition across
functions including CXO level for Pan India
3. Specializing in hiring top-quartile performers in the IT and
ITES Industry- predominantly in the SaaS, E-Commerce and
Fin-Tech Space.
4. Exposure to recruitment of all levels of hierarchy through
head hunting, Mapping, Navigating job portals &
referencing.
5. Responsible for standardizing Headhunting strategies for
Niche and leadership Profiles.
6. Using various sourcing channels like job portals, LinkedIn,
social media, screening and shortlisting resumes ,assessing
candidate fitment into role and organisation.
7. Candidate management: Regular follow ups with the
candidate's w.r.t. coordinating interviews, salary Negotiation,
offer acceptance, joining date, background/reference check,
post offer candidate management
8. Client Management: Interacting with the hiring managers to
understand their manpower requirements, Relationship
building with existing clients, reviving old dormant clients,
getting new clients on board

Cox Communications (also known as Cox Cable and formerly Cox Broadcasting Corporation, Dimension Cable Services and Times-Mirror Cable) is an American privately owned subsidiary of Cox Enterprises providing digital cable television, telecommunications and Home Automation services in the United States.
My roles and responsibilities were:

1.Worked as A Remote Desktop Technician (Helpdesk) In Cox Communication Project.
2.Took Remote Access of the User Machine and Work in Various Troubleshooting Such as Outlook
Issues, SCCM Repair, Performance Issues, Mobile Device Management (Such as iPhone, Android,
Windows Tablets, iPads)

PROVIDING VPN ACCESS (AVAYA, CISCO AND SAFENET):
1. Troubleshoot Various VPN Connection Issues and Voicemail Enabling.
2. Certificate installation in Office and Home Network Environment.
3. Supporting various Technologies Such as Mobile Iron and Net-motion Mobility in Mobile Devices.

GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
1. Also Worked in Global Accounts in Unlocking User Accounts.
2.Resetting Passwords, Enabling User Account.
3. File/Folder Access, Mapping Network Drive.
