Boosting Corporate Technology Capacities

Shawn Broz is technology management executive who served as Caesars Entertainment Corporation’s Director of IT - Integrated Marketing Products from 2013 to 2017. He oversaw worldwide technology efforts and guided a dedicated team of managers, programmers, system analysts, and architects responsible for all application development and operations functions for integrated marketing CRM, as well as application support for operational CRM, Web, and Mobile. Moreover, Shawn Broz brought focus to loyalty- and value-building efforts that generated sustained success for quality products, service, and distribution strategies. 

Mr. Broz attended the University of Notre Dame as an undergraduate, earning a BA cum laude in Japanese and political science. He subsequently completed an MA in international relations focused on multidisciplinary concentration in strategy and management at Yale University's graduate school, Yale School of Management, and Yale Law. Mr. Broz also pursued master certificates in IS/IT project management and Lean Six Sigma at Villanova University. His professional background includes guiding the results-driven strategic consulting firm Magellan Associates, as well as non-profit consulting with the SCORE Association and the Taproot Foundation. 

Shawn Broz contributes time and effort to the Las Vegas Rotary Foundation, a nonprofit that undertakes numerous activities for the betterment of the local community. He also supports the Patrick Kelley Youth Foundation, Olive Crest, and St. Jude’s Ranch for Children and is a longstanding member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
