A skilled and experienced business leader in Portland, Oregon, Shelly Renee Frank holds a master of science in global development and justice from Multnomah University and both a master of business administration and a master of business management and leadership from Marylhurst University. Shelly Renee Frank has also earned black belt status in Six Sigma methodology and completed project management studies through the Project Management Institute.

After operating her own creative marketing and administrative consultancy for roughly a decade, Renee Frank joined the Portland offices of Kaiser Permanente in 2006 as a senior consultant working in advertising, marketing, and communications. She went on to serve two years as a Kaiser Permanente senior optimization process improvement consultant. For the past six years, she has coordinated activities across a range of internal Kaiser Permanente departments and programs as an executive operations consultant. In this role, she focuses on identifying problems and then creating and implementing quality control and service initiatives to address those problems.
