Evaluation of the equipment (from raw materials feeding to product sampling, about NT$ 40 million), designing the production line as an automated system.
This system can improve one batch of production capacity 2 times and increase revenues 4 times (about NT$ 86 million/year).
Provide process parameters and technical suggestions, and transfer RD-side small quantities (200 L) to factory-side large quantities (6~8 tons).
Save about NT$ 1 million in 2023.

Surface modification: Plating diffusion barrier layer between thermoelectric materials to prevent the formation of intermetallic compounds, power output increased by 2.24 times.
Material coefficients modification: Doped atoms to improve thermoelectric material coefficients, power output increased by 2.74 times.
Improved thermal conductivity: Device of power output increased 58.12 %.
Simulate heat transfer: Use Abaqus to analyze optimal heat dissipation methods.
