嗨, 我是 Should 王靖然。先前在第三方支付平台（包含 B2B 服務）與新創公司分別擔任 UI 設計師與視覺設計師，主要以使用者經驗、流程規劃、互動與介面視覺設計為核心，在 UI/UX 相關領域經營已有近兩年的工作經驗，且熟悉 Scrum 與 Sprint 開發流程。也持續在工作之餘學習、並將所學帶回工作持續地增進自己的相關能力，盡可能讓產品變得更好。

UI Designer, 白吃貓股份有限公司, Oct 2019 - Jun 2020

白吃貓股份有限公司 Maobc 是一間提供消費者第三方支付與多人線上點餐服務、提供店家金流管理與 POS 系統、以及提供經銷商進行業務推廣的 B2B2C 平台。在此任職期間我負責：

  • 針對現有的 3 款產品（白吃貓支付、白吃貓店鋪、白吃貓經銷商），依造用戶回饋、商業策略、與市場，持續優化並迭代。

  • 與設計團隊共同規劃全新官方網站，改善資訊架構、視覺風格。

  • 針對 UX Designer 進行中的 App 2.0 規劃進行製作 App icon。

  • 針對過往品牌視覺，從 0 到 1 建立產品 Design Guideline 並製作 Sketch Library，加速團隊設計流程。

  • 與 PM、技術團隊溝通與合作，進行新功能、產品的規劃與開發。在了解利害關係與技術限制下進行 MVP 製作，並持續維護與優化迭代。

  • 競品分析、協助撰寫 PRD 需求等文件。

PAIX 是一間由產品募資起家的新創團隊，主要產品為包類產品。除了結合 smart badge 的包包之外、也提供防水包、商務包等多種產品經由募資帶給大眾。在此任職期間我負責：
  • 透過遠端訪談、需求彙整等，規劃新產品的 Landing Page、重新打造公司的電商網站。並透過 A/B Testing 將日本募資的 Landing Page 名單轉換率達到 13%（>10% avg.），且達到 700 萬日幣的群眾募資佳績。
  • 產品相關募資頁面、預熱問卷、產品行銷素材等的視覺設計。
  • 新產品線的品牌視覺設計。
  • 製作產品的 Sales kit 與簡報設計。
