Became confirmed staff and was upgraded to the correspondence department within 3 months, and was frequently requested to do outbound calls as well as telemarketing.
I was fast learner at this job, and received certificate for reaching above and beyond target in my training batch.
Resigned to further explore growth opportunities in a field that I am more interested in.
I learned how to speak to people that were flustered and often angry. On most occasions I managed to calm them down. I also learnt to problem solve while actively listening to upset customers. I understood that while speed matters, quality also matters.

Head of Drama Team (2012 & 2013) | Joined the drama team when I was 15 (2011), and was the head of props. We went all the way to Nationals and won third place. I then became the head of the team for 2 years (2012 &2013). We won second (2012) and third place (2013). After I graduated highschool, I was called back to train the team (2014-2018). I managed to take the teams to the State championships.
