Shreenivas Shah

An experienced manufacturing executive, Shreenivas Shah has spent the majority of his four-decade career increasing the efficiency of manufacturing processes, distribution centers, and distribution networks. Applying cutting-edge technologies to manufacturing processes, he has overseen dramatic decreases in production time, lower rates of defective products, and less manufacturing waste. Since 1998, Shreenivas Shah has served as CEO and president of Baby Vision, Inc. Acquiring the business from Hasbro, he transformed the struggling operations into a profitable business, developed and launched five international brands, and made efforts to ensure opportunities for people with disabilities. 


Shreenivas Shah holds a BS and an MS in industrial engineering, and an MBA in finance. He previously served as director of operations and finance at Hasbro. Over his 13-year tenure at the firm, he oversaw the computerization and automation of a number of manufacturing processes. He has previously served as an executive of a number of American manufacturers. 


In his spare time, Mr. Shah enjoys playing bridge and chess, and also reading. He remains active by hiking, golfing, skiing, and practicing yoga, as well as playing tennis and badminton. He enjoys good vegetarian food, particularly the dishes of India, and traveling the world.
