Siobahn Hotaling holds a bachelor of arts in creative writing and poetry from Skidmore College and a master of arts in psychology from Harvard University’s Extension School, where she earned a 3.96 GPA and had her capstone project on implicit bias highlighted at her graduation ceremony. Since 2020, Siobahn Hotaling has drawn on her psychology knowledge, along with her writing and research skills, to serve as a project consultant for the Adaption Institute in Gilbert, Arizona.
In her role with the Adaption Institute, Ms. Hotaling assists in the development of skill assessment tools and conducts research in the science of personality and growth. Additionally, Ms. Hotaling serves as a senior user experience designer with Global Payments, building and managing full-scale websites to meet client needs.
Outside of work, Siobahn Hotaling is an accomplished musician who has self-released two albums: "Heart on Fire" and "Unguarded.” She also enjoys writing poetry and performing at poetry slams, as well as supporting the Biden/Harris political campaign, various LGBTQ organizations, and the Black Lives Matter movement.
