我是林頌涵Sophie,英語文學研究所畢業後,跨了新聞、行銷、公關領域,熱愛文字產出,也喜歡企劃、執行活動,平常喜歡看新聞,研究美妝保養品,挖掘巷弄美食、看電影,覺得每個今天都比昨天過得更好,
在自由時報,我接觸到各領域的案子,像是醫藥、FMCG、3C、精品、汽車、金融...等,依著不同領域、客戶KPI,調整原生廣編、影音拍攝或是直播的產出,讓我的寫作、媒體基本功扎實、寬廣。
在我到職之前,部門鮮少有醫藥的客戶,因為法規嚴格、公司怕被罰錢,所以也就直接放棄這塊業務。
因為我有在醫藥公關的背景,於是公司開始有腎病營養補給品、豬環狀病毒疫苗等醫藥類的案子進來。
前一份工作是專門執行醫藥公關的專案執行,客戶大多外商醫藥廠牌,對於公關的規範很嚴格,我們不只需要準確的訊息,更需要字斟句酌。我們也希望不只為病人服務,也要提升一般民眾的醫藥常識、提醒醫師:還有很多好用的藥!! 因此在製作物上,也會有更高的要求:不只是訊息正確無誤,撰寫新聞稿時用故事切入、記者會的PPT和製作物上減少文字使用,多使用訊息方塊、圖表等等,讓為求每一個人都能看懂。 身為一個English major,我的英文能力讓我更快讀懂國外期刊,也在客戶需要提供global資訊時,成了團隊的幫助。也因為台灣的法規對醫藥有比較嚴謹的限制,醫藥新聞操作的正確性和嚴謹度會比一般公關更高,我也在專案執行的過程中,對於醫藥有越來越多的認識,也越來越能catch醫藥的「精準」。也因為現在的公司很注重每個工作的規劃和進度盤點,幫助我更能掌握專案進度。在每天與時間賽跑的過程中,我對新聞的掌握度也提升了。
我在2014年進入CityNews城市新聞,從只能產出文字新聞,到現在可以採訪、拍攝、剪輯影音新聞,不只是專業能力提升,也開啟我對社群、行銷的興趣,2015年我加入New Life Church粉絲團,開始學習經營粉絲團、策展議題、推動虛實整合活動,因為這個跨界,我學到如何觀察、回應人的需要,我也開始改變自己跟社群互動的態度,從一個純粹的消費者,開始會跟自己 follow的部落客、粉絲團互動,一邊學習經營社群,一邊期待社群給我的驚喜。
在進入醫藥公關之前,我有多元的工作經驗,不僅增廣我的見識,也讓我更有彈性。 畢業後的第一份工作是醫療集團執行長秘書,除了秘書工作以外,我也擔任其中一間診所的行政。這份工作為我開了一條跟同系的人不同的路,讓我初見台灣的醫療狀況。我也看到集團在努力提升醫療品質的同時,透過各式行銷、活動,將「優良的產品(醫療)」,以「不在媒體投注費用」的行銷、公關手段,讓民眾對診所產生黏著度。 科普計畫助理,透過與各大專院校合開科傳通識課程,從大學開始培育科普的人才。協助國內科普類節目製片商進行品質自評,幫助製片們開始為自己的作品進行系統化的評估,我們也會和製片公司一起舉辦科普節目宣傳活動,讓好的作品讓更多人看見。每年1-2次的國際研討會,讓國內製片們彼此交流,也讓對此有興趣的學生、民眾們可以真的與科普相交。
在新聞、公關、社群行銷的經驗,不只讓我對世界「有感」,也讓我能透過文字、影像來表達我的觀點,透過跟社群、朋友的討論,不只能發現新的觀點,也看到人的需要,讓推播出去的訊息更讓人有感。透過社群的串連推播,讓好的觀點可以被關注,透過line轉發FB 貼文,可以觸及沒有在臉書上連結的家人朋友。
I am Sophie Lin. After having my MA in NKNU English literature, I used to work in news, marketing and PR.
In Liberty Times, I dive in various areas; medicine, FMCG, 3C, Luxury, Vehicles, Finance, etc. From advertorial, making videos, or live streaming, I have produced many. These training make me more solid. Before I came to Liberty Times, seldom does we have medicine-related customers, due to Taiwan's strict medicine regulations.I brought breakthrough to our business development. After I came, we started many, like Fucoidan, Abbot Suplena, MSD M Hyo pig vaccine, etc.
Previously I work as an AE of a medical PR company, whose clients are mostly International Pharma. We provide more than accurate information, but also with precise wording, because we are desperate to let patients, the public, even doctors to gain awareness. To do so, we made press release more like a story but lecture; more infographics instead of words. As an English major, my English ability not only enhance my understanding toward medicine, but indispensable when clients need to update their global supervisor. Due to medical regulations, it is necessary for us to provide correct and precise information for media pitch, media buy, etc.; my understanding toward medicine improved, so is my preciseness. Also, my current company do pay some emphasis on action plans and our weekly work plans; this truly helps me to control projects more thoroughly. Living in the race against time, I see News more.
I joined City News in 2014. From word press, to interviewing, shooting, editing, I improved a lot and learned how to communicate efficiently. Therefore in 2015, I joined a NLC fan-page managing team. I am still learning to see people’s needs and to curate more accurately. From a consumer to a manager of community, my attitude changed as well; I become more aggressive, and more willing to listen/ review carefully what people really need.
Before an AE, I had cross-field working experience. I used to be CEO secretary and research assistant. These experiences not just enhance my administrative and execution ability.
Passion and Dream-to make the world a better place
News, PR, community management experience is a window for me to see, to feel, and to communicate with the world. I can share my viewpoint in multiple and efficient ways. With increasing engagement, viewpoints can be specified and made clear hence the production could be more touching and reach more people in need.
