For more than 13 years working in Tourism industry, I have been contacted and worked with 170 countries in the the world, details for each of the groups' bookings like hotels reservation, flights' booking and ticketing, tours arrangement, costs and quality controlling, visa application...etc, which are trivial matters, like Puzzle, but putting all together would be really interesting! 


I love Challenging work, and is able to create new business models, therefore, for about 4 years, I've been participated in Marketing and New products planning and process, travelling Advertisements and lectures execution, even being the tour leader for leading groups to 100 countries in the world !


I am experts in projects planning and processing, market surveying, new business models' planning and execution, thus I've been worked in one of the biggest  E-Commerce listed companies at over-the-counter market in Taiwan, to be the Business Development Manager and the BU consultant for one and half year, during the period, one new business model - Last minute booking (OTA service) successfully launched.


Now I work in a MNC start-up company, honestbee as head of Key Accounts management team, 80% of our online merchants has enhanced avg. 34% GMV through our efforts.
