  • Presently involved in the Predictive analytics of Churn Model across the bank, to increase Employee Retention and hence decreasing the overall cost of FTE acquisition.
  • Leading a team of two junior associates to complete the migration of Old, historical MVSW/DB2 SAS codes to the new & better versions, into the SQL server HR mart, hence decreasing the effective cost to maintain the HR tables on two different environments.
  • Created & efficiently handling the HR Quarterly delivery, which in itself is the single most information concerning HR figures (and analysis) in the bank. It is sent out to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) or EXBO, the HR Management Team and the HR Strategy Partners.
