Stephen V Caswell

Stephen V. Caswell is a Laurel, Delaware-based special education teacher and high school athletics coach with more than two decades of experience. He has taught for Capital School District since 2013, leading its Students Transitioning towards Adult Readiness program. He utilizes various instructional media and techniques to help students meet their goals. Stephen V. Caswell also regularly diagnoses student learning disabilities.
