  Successfully saved over $280,000 in damage claims within the first quarter while establishing improved customer relations for LNR with Ford, GM, Mercedes, Nissan, and Tesla motor companies. Wrote a new carrier welcome contract for sub haulers, an instructional vehicle handling and distribution training handbook for Tesla automotive.
