Develop:
1.Discuss footwear design and materials with brand customers.
2.Issue sample lists then contract out sample shoes and customers confirm sample shoes.
3.Transfer technology to the factory for production.
4.Cultivate cooperative relations with brand customers, lead the brand team to complete quarterly shoe development, and ensure smooth factory production until shipment.
Develop 80~100 patterns with 10 team members every season.

Mass production:
1.Coordinate the production schedule, delivery date and output of the factory.
2.Achieve production capacity and delivery objectives.
3.Maintain the normal operation of the production line and follow up the production progress.
4.Establish standard operation process, plan and propose production standard improvement scheme and assist in improving product yield.
5.Lead four mass production lines and 400 persons to produce 120,000 pairs per month.

Production management:
1.Preside over the production and marketing coordination meeting and confirm the raw material demand, calculation and procurement progress.
2.Make production plan, track sample and mold development progress, and preside over production progress meeting.
3.Implement outsourcing and WIP access control and finished product warehouse storage management.
4.Make monthly target production plan and track the progress of compliance.
5.Lead 100 team members to complete the production tasks related to the production of 500,000 pairs per month
