A veteran of the human resources industry, Steven M. Darien possesses more than three decades of experience in employee relations, consulting, and organizational design. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management, he currently serves as chairman, chief executive officer, and a principal of the Cabot Advisory Group, LLC. Steven M. Darien leads the company in providing human resources advice on various matters, including employee communications, human resources technology, and succession planning.

As an industry professional, Steven M. Darien serves on the human resources advisory board for the American Management Association and sits on the executive committee of the Labor Policy Association. In addition, he commits time to the Somerset Medical Center as a human resources board member and participates as a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources.

An alumnus of Rutgers University, Mr. Darien is currently a trustee and a member of the board of overseers. He balances his career by engaging in personal interests. He enjoys staying active by running and swimming.
