•    Create marketing content for 10+ product lines, such as product datasheets, websites, EDM, and seminars, which resulted in high-quality sales leads.

•    Provide technical support for 2D/3D cameras, lenses, LED, vision/AI software and other tech products to satisfy customers’ needs.

•    Develop a system that holds frequently used sales resources and solutions; trained 20 people from sales, marketing, and technical departments to increase sales effectiveness.

•    Develop 2D/3D Machine Vision System (remit includes prototyping, optical experiment, algorithm and UI/UX) for seminars and exhibitions.

•    Manage the development of a new in-house product (Random Bin Picking System) until the launch of its first product prototype; responsible for organizing requirements, defining features, designing UI/UX, managing R&D schedule and producing marketing materials.

•    Manage the development of a client’s product (AI Vision System), which was launched successfully with NTD 2 million profit. 

•    Lead sales, marketing, and technical support of our agency product line and increase sales by 20% from 2020 to 2021.

•    Speak at events with audiences from few to hundreds of people, such as employee training (topics such as product knowledge, sales and marketing), product training, seminars, vision software development course.

•    Represent the company to attend global meetings, visit and train clients in other countries, such as Matrox (in Canada) and FocalSpec (in Finland)
