An executive in the real estate sector, Stuart Hansen serves as vice president of Marquee Asset Management, LLC, where he works with investors from China looking for opportunities in North America. In this role, he leads a team of professionals with considerable experience working with China and other Asian countries. Stuart Hansen also oversees both domestic and international operations for Drewco Development Corporation, which falls under the Drewlo umbrella of companies.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Hansen worked for the Clarion Group of Companies and worked his way up to the role of vice president. In this position, he led the divestment of numerous hotel properties and redeveloped multiple hotel properties into shopping centers.

Mr. Hansen graduated from the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey Business School, where he completed the honors of business administration program. He earned the school’s Entrance Scholarship and was on the Dean’s Honors List for three years. Also multilingual, he speaks French and Mandarin fluently and has attained conversational fluency in Japanese.
