Subscriptions Terms of Service

Please read these Subscriptions Terms of Service (“Subscriptions Terms”) carefully. By using the Subscription Services (as defined below), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Subscriptions Terms.

1. Scope and Use of the Subscription Services

CakeResume provides Subscription Services: Premium Resume Talent Search. Premium Resume subscribers are allowed to make multiple resumes with premium resume snippets. Talent Search subscribers are allowed to search public resumes.

2. Duration and cancelation

Subscribers will automatically be charged month-to-month (/quarter-to-quarter/year-to-year) by CakeResume according to the monthly (/quarterly/annually) plan you choose until you cancel the Subscription Services. You can cancel your Subscription Services at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription Services through the end of your monthly (quarterly/annual) billing period.

To cancel, you must log into your CakeResume account and then cancel the Subscription Services on the Account Settings page.

3. Refund and processing fee

Subscribers can request a refund during the 7 days after a payment transaction is processed. Any refund requests after the 7 days will not be accepted. If your refund is accepted, you will lose access to the Subscription Services. In general, it takes 3 business days to receive your refund. (The refund policy is only applicable for the first purchase.)

For every payment transaction on CakeResume, there is a processing fee that is charged by your credit cards at the time of transaction. The processing fee is non-refundable.

4. Changes to the price and subscription plans

We may change our subscription plans and the price of our Subscription Services from time-to-time; however, any price changes or changes to our subscription plans will apply to you no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
