An Akron, Ohio-based entrepreneur, Suranjan Shome specializes in contact center establishment and management for the health care and technology sectors. Suranjan Shome founded Epiphany Management Group in 2007, and has since overseen its strategic direction and partnerships as CEO. Named an Inc. 5,000 Fastest Growing Company in 2014 and 2019, the business provides cost-effective services with onsite support to its clients.
In addition to guiding Epiphany Group Management, Suranjan Shome founded Quantum Speed IT and AOM Holdings. The former company provides HIPAA-compliant remote support services to government, health care, and education institutions. The latter is composed of several emerging health care and technology companies. Its portfolio companies have grown threefold in employees and revenue since 2016.
Prior to his involvement with the aforementioned enterprises, Suranjan Shome served 16 years as vice president at Technology Solutions Company. He holds an MBA from the University of Akron and a bachelor's degree in commerce and economics from Delhi University. He's also a former Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. He enjoys playing golf, cycling and flying in his free time.
