• Informed weekly development of team goals by providing visibility into community events such as Internet Governance Forum USA and meetings with industry and government stakeholders on issues including GDPR.
• Led and executed the first Design Thinking training at Verisign, introducing creative problem solving methods. 50+ people from across the company participated, including the Chief Technology Officer.
