Tara Juergens - Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and Yoga Teacher

A political science graduate of Western Michigan University, Tara Juergens began her diverse career in a management role with Guess, Inc. Later, she gained additional retail sales experience for Saks Fifth Avenue. While working for Saks, Tara Juergens took on a role as a spokesmodel and product specialist for Gail & Rice in Los Angeles, a position in which she provided information on the Chrysler and Fiat lines to potential customers. She also organized and attended special events for the company at the Super Bowl, the Golden Globes, and the Kentucky Derby, often working with high-profile public figures.

Tara Juergens also has experience in pharmaceutical sales. Previously a sales representative for AstraZeneca, she currently serves in a similar position with Vernalis/Inventiv Health in Los Angeles. Since joining the firm, she has helped launch two new products while building relationships with physicians and other health care professionals in the region. Her performance has earned her numerous distinctions, including being named the top sales representative for the fourth quarter in the West region.

In addition to her work with Vernalis/Inventiv, Tara Juergens teaches yoga at Hot 8 Yoga in Beverly Hills, California, where she draws on more than seven years of experience as a yoga practitioner in the vinyasa style. In the studio, Ms. Juergens focuses on demonstrating the proper poses and guiding her students through the routine while striving to find a balance between the mental and physical aspects of the practice.
