She is also a certified real property administrator and facilities management administrator who has consulted on major real estate transactions and managed significant real estate projects. Over the years, Teresa Bailey-Weirich has worked with multiple Fortune 100 and 500 companies to optimize the value and operating performance of multifamily and mixed-use properties.
As an author, Teresa Bailey-Weirich has written articles for the Austin American Statesman and contributed to Fundamentals of Facilities Management, a textbook published by the Building Owners and Managers Institute. She is currently writing a book that details roughly 10 years of correspondence between her uncle and his wife during World War II, when he served as a submariner. In honor of her uncle, Ms. Bailey-Weirich will donate all book proceeds to fund scholarships for the U.S. Navy.
