自傳


        本人畢業於成功大學化學研究所,於研究所專攻雷射化學的原子分子光譜學,在學期間除致力於學習研究相關專業知識與撰寫論文,同時擔任助教、家教老師,訓練了自我表達能力。兩年期間與黃守仁教授學習研究物理化學,從老師、學長姐學會發現問題、解決錯誤、尋找替代方案等經驗,結合了專業技術與統計推算,歸納出氘化鈉分子基態解離極限的論文成果。


        畢業後於南投的上市櫃化工業公司擔任採購管理師,工作內容主要負責國內外原物料採購與建廠機台等專案採購,曾經歷公司的主要原物料全球性缺貨,為了使工廠不因缺料停止生產,需與供應商協調供應量,並主導跨廠別與部門協調,與研發部門商討替代料或製程備用方案,及生管主管協商生產排程調整,具抗壓性高、專案跨部門溝通執行力、應變能力佳且完善解決問題讓集團營運順暢, 表現優異並於2017年7月晉升為採購副課長。


        工作期間成果,針對供應鏈管理,並完善原物料上游相關產品趨勢與市場資訊分析,判斷未來市場行情,降低大宗原料近10%成本。推動電信專案,節省每年電信支出約五十萬元。推動外銷品沖退稅專案,每年關稅支出降低近百萬成本。具A.P.S採購證照、供應鏈管理、CSR社會企業責任等經驗。 


       目前累積中小企業採購經驗2.5年,期許自己下一步能往跨國性大公司採購發展,在制度面與分工有更細的劃分,並期許自己理工背景能與公司產品專業結合,朝著專業技術採購發展,以致推動專案或大型採購案能有更全面的考量與貢獻。

Autobiography


         My name is Wei- Fung He, and you can call me Terry. I hold a master’s degree in chemistry from National Cheng Kung University and my graduate research is about Laser chemistry by using three laser to excite molecule to observe the changing of fluorescence. I am confident to say that I am specialized in analyzing and executing. 


        After I graduated and finished my service, I joined into a TWSE listed chemical company as a purchasing executive and my job is mainly responsible for domestic and foreign raw materials procurement so as to fulfill the need of the factory in Taiwan. During the time, I have experienced a shortage of major raw materials; therefore, in order not to stop production, I need to lead inter-departmental cooperation, coordinate supply with vender, discuss with R & D supervisors about alternatives or secondary sources, and coordinate the adjustments of production scheduling. In other words, being as a project manager and finally report to the general manager. On 2017/7, which is two years after I join the company, I got promoted to section manager. 


        During my work period, I have improved the system of upstream related products trend and forecast analysis to reduce the cost of bulk raw materials 10%, promote telecom projects, save about five hundred thousand dollars per year and promote the export tax rebate project to cost down nearly 1 million dollars per year. My experience with A.P.S purchase license, supply chain management, CSR can provide the better advice for company to promote the project.


         As a purchaser for 2.5 years in small and medium-size enterprises , I expect myself to move forward to multinational corporations. I could enhance the expertise in machine parts purchasing to make more contribution to the company.
