Kaizen Platform - Lead Recruiter for JP&US                                                      March 2015 - Present 

Recruiting-

Lead recruiter in charge of Sourcing, hiring, interviewing all areas of business including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and corporate relations for the Japan & US regions (relocated to San Francisco for 6 months to build a team for US operations). I managed recruitment through different channels including Direct sourcing, Job board, Recruiting Events, Meetup & Networking Events and Employee Referral in collaboration with the all internal business stakeholders.

Responsible for supporting APAC recruiters to generate candidate pipelines by direct sourcing, social recruiting and Corporate brand strategy initiative event & initiatives. Provided for internal clients in Sales teams (Account Executive/Account Manager and SMB, Marketing, Research, Operation and Sales Revenue), Media Partnership Team and Backoffice team including;

APAC Employee Program Specialist-

Designed and implemented Employee Referral program in APAC region focused on building a culture of best place to work.
-Established the revers employee referral process by conducting Employee Referral (ER) sessions once a quarter with internal employees (Generated 700 leads for Japan) 
-Promoted ER programs by ER newsletter and the extra ER bonus campaigns 
-Worked closely with HQ ER team to ensure APAC regions aligned with global ER policies and procedures and secured APAC budgets in order to enhance the ER brand awareness.

Bloomberg LP, Tokyo - Sourcing Recruiter for APAC regions                    June 2011 – March 2013

Act as a APAC sourcing recruiter by partnering with recruiters and hiring managers in APAC regions to develop ideas, leverage resources and share information to create and maintain an active and passive candidate pipeline. Direct Sourced 10 candidates (2 placement per Q) – Total 30M JPY saved on Agent fee.  Research tool includes: Networking, Direct emailing and LinkedIn search, and, Internal Talent Database searching and research.

-Maintained weekly and quarterly recruitment reports.
-Worked closely with Social Media team to provide APAC recruiting updates for Facebook and Twitter
-Worked closely with Job board vendors for contract negotiation (US$ 2M Saving in 2012)
