Lead recruiter in charge of Sourcing, hiring, interviewing all areas of business including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and corporate relations for the Japan & US regions (relocated to San Francisco for 6 months to build a team for US operations). I managed recruitment through different channels including Direct sourcing, Job board, Recruiting Events, Meetup & Networking Events and Employee Referral in collaboration with the all internal business stakeholders.
Human Resources -
Provided all aspects of key HR functions, including Employee relations, administration processes and
requests for any HR matter. Participated in the design and creation of Onboarding administration (offer
letter creation, contract management, healthcare & pension plan coordination with outsourced vendors
and new employee orientation) for Japan and US regions
Brand Ambassadors -
Established a strong working relationship with management staff & employees keeping high moral in
the work environment. I involved a cross section of management staff representing all business areas
and levels in experiential communication and events promoting the company brand internally to achieve
this positive result.
APAC Employee Program Specialist-
Act as a APAC sourcing recruiter by partnering with recruiters and hiring managers in APAC regions to
develop ideas, leverage resources and share information to create and maintain an active and passive
candidate pipeline. Direct Sourced 10 candidates (2 placement per Q) – Total 30M JPY saved on Agent
fee. Research tool includes: Networking, Direct emailing and LinkedIn search, and, Internal Talent Database
searching and research.
Recruited for Jr. and Sr. level accountant candidates for domestic & International Tax and Back office
positions. Achievement: 147 hire (2009), 50 hire (2010), 30 hire (2011 as of March)

-Partnered closely with hiring managers and Relationship managers on offer decisions and negotiation
-Worked on the campus recruitment, hosted the onsite information sessions and met 100% of the targeted headcount. 48 new graduate hires (2009) and 35 new graduate hires (2010)
