In 1990 Thomas Monroe Faulkner founded AS INC. as a global 4PL logistics and supply chain services company. He was a driving force in establishing the company’s structure and culture, personally developing the AS INC. mission statement and assembling the board of directors while also handling employee recruiting and training matters. Thomas Monroe Faulkner also secured the initial funding necessary to launch AS INC.

As the organization evolved, Mr. Faulkner innovated various areas of logistics and transportation. Additionally, his patented international language software helped AS INC. gain a foothold on the worldwide stage. The software facilitates communication between users and operators in various AS INC. service regions, regardless of potential language barriers.

Mr. Faulkner has spent time as a member of countless business associations both in the United States and abroad. Beyond his business leadership activities, he is a passionate conservationist emphasizing the protection of marine life. He also enjoys learning about American history, gardening, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
