2017年加入舊金山設計公司,與團隊一同研究開發並且推廣旗下兒童餐具品牌-Miniware天然寶貝碗,為品牌創始團隊人員之一。除了將品牌推廣至全球市場之外,也曾協助開發與推廣十款以上商品以及協助將全新環保材質-強化天然聚乳酸打入台灣兒童餐具市場。

主要工作 -

1. 為公司旗下品牌Miniware天然寶貝碗、Bonnsu家居、Barn多功能都會包之台灣市場主要負責業務,2019至2020台灣年度營收成長600萬,年增率(YOY)為100%。有三人以上的團隊管理經驗,同時負責規劃客戶服務作業標準流程,且設計課程協助內部人員於B2C/C2C的客服應對中成長。

,開發新客通路數為50間以上,包含HOLA、麗嬰房、安琪兒等大型連鎖通路。

3. 電子商務主要負責人,擁有博客來、Pchome、MOMO、Pinkoi、愛料理等多家電商平台實際操作與電商活動專案規劃經驗,每年度的電商平台營收年增率(YOY)為100%。

1. 媒合KOL與品牌做深度配合與公關維護,KOL合作配合、團購活動等專案主執行人,曾主導過多檔業績破50萬之團購活動。

2. Miniware天然寶貝碗於台灣地區參展之主策劃與執行人,主要負責展場空間規劃、展期活動設計、人員規劃與展期現場銷售,曾與多間知名婦幼品牌聯合共同展出。

4. 實體績效:行銷部門於雙11四天檔期為官網帶來800萬業績,創下短促活動最高業績紀錄 / 星座飾品系列企劃上線後每月官網營業額成長20%,至活動下線前該系列每月固定佔官網40%營業額。

Over 8 years of E-commerce and F&B industry experience from digital marketing, retail and e-commerce campaign development and execute, offline event host, and coffee shop management. 


2017 joined San Francisco Bay Ares based Design Company, as one of founding employees in Taiwan jointly initiate and development natural baby tableware products line to Taiwan market.

• Founding member of sales team in Taiwan market, in charge of company’s brand-Miniware (baby tableware), Bonnsu (house living) and Barn (modern functional bag) product sales and promotion. Successfully created 6M TWD revenue in Taiwan from 2019 to 2020 (YOY 100%)

• Lead 3-person team to establish customer relationship management SOPs, and design internal training program to scale up team member’s knowledge on B2C/C2C customer care  

•In charge of offline channel expansion, successfully developed 50+ stores, including i HOLA, Angelbaby, Les enphants. Also be expert in brand gift purchase project, cooperated with Nestle, Kimberly Clark, and Babecare etc.

•Responsible of E-commerce client development and campaign planning, partners include Pchome, MOMO, Pinkoi, and icook, contribute EC channel revenue YOY 100%+.
