Panera JV GM Class Action


Tim Coffield teamed up with fellow attorneys Dennis Egan and Bert Braud to take legal action against Panera Bread Company and Panera, LLC. The class action centered around Panera's alleged imposition of a "cap" on the maximum amount of a JV GM Buyout payment made by Panera between 2012 and 2015.
